| Day-1 |
Arrival Manali (2050 mts.) & Acclimatization walk around Manali. |
| Day-2 |
Drive from Manali to Manikaran (2653 mts.) by jeep Manikaran is situated on the right bank of river Parbati, there are several hot springs of water with the temperature above boiling point and the rice can be boiled and cooked if tied in cloth and thrown into water. The air is impregnated with a distinct odour of Sulphur which is beneficial in rheumatic and skin diseases. Manikaran is frequently visited by hundreds of pilgrims/ tourists every year. |
| Day-3 |
Manikaran- Pulga (2290 mts.). a gentle climbing to Pluga passing through Barshaini village and along the forest. Pluga is a beautiful Alpine pasture and resting place. |
| Day-4 |
Pluga- Khirganga (2960 mts.), A gradual climb through forest, villages and passing through abundance of herbal plants. |
| Day-5 |
Khirgana – Tundabhuj (3285 mts.), walk along the forest and lots of minor forest produce are available such as Gentian Kurroo, Swerita Chirata, Podophyllum, Haxandrum, Discoorea and many medicinal plants. |

Tundabhuj- Pandu Bridge(3700 mts.) ,a huge rock bridge to cross the river to other side and big caves is fascinating . |
| Day-7 |
Pandu Bridge- Mantalai Lake (4116 mts.), the holy lake and source of river Parbati. |

Trek back to Tundabhuj |

Trek back to Manikaran |

Drive back to Manali.
